(Sioux Falls, SD) — The South Dakota Highway Patrol says a trooper’s vehicle was rear ended on Sunday. No injuries were reported in the crash but Highway Patrol sent out a photo of the damage to the rear bumper and bed of a pickup truck with state trooper markings. The patrol crew was responding to a crash with multiple slide-ins near the intersection of Highway 38 and 462nd Avenue when it was hit. They said that visibility was extremely limited at the time of the crash. Highway Patrol is reminding drivers to slow down, turn on their lights and stay off the roads unless driving is completely necessary.
