(Pierre, SD) — President Trump is endorsing Attorney General Marty Jackley for the U.S. House. Trump wrote his endorsement in a post on Truth Social, calling Jackley “An America First Patriot” and said “he will do a fantastic job.” Jackley told KOTA Territory News last week that if he wins, he would want to serve on the judiciary and agriculture committees. He said he had already spoken to both of the chairs of those committees and feels like he has expertise in both areas. The state’s lone House seat is being vacated by incumbent Dusty Johnson who is running for governor.
