(Fargo, ND) — The Village Family Service Center in Fargo is running a program to fight teen substance abuse. It launched in February thanks to a 25-thousand dollar grant from the Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota. Meetings are held for teenagers 14-through-17 every Thursday. The program is being utilized by teens in Bismarck, Minot and Devils Lake in addition to Fargo. A spokesperson for the program says they are excited to see the teenagers get age appropriate care.
