(Mandan, ND) — The Morton Mandan Public Library is expanding hours to meet passport demands. The U.S. State Department issued 27-million passports last year. Appointments are available at the library from Monday through Friday and one Saturday each month. There are three other local facilities for first-time applicants, minors and those who are not eligible for renewal.
