(Mandan, ND) — A Mandan man will serve no prison time for the sexual assault of an unconscious woman. Dallas Riskedahl was sentenced to five years probation as part of a plea agreement on Monday. If he violates his probation he will have to serve a 20-year prison sentence. The judge originally questioned why the plea didn’t include jail time and attorneys said the victim was consulted before the arrangement was made. Riskedahl apologized in court and must complete a chemical dependency treatment as part of his probation.
