(Sioux Falls, SD) — Sioux Falls police have a parolee in custody for allegedly having drugs in a stolen car. Alex James Hanson was found with multiple bags of meth, a scale, and a handgun in a car that was reported stolen on April 26th. When officers identified the vehicle and tried to pull it over on Tuesday, the vehicle took off and eluded officers. They were able to find it again and arrested the driver, Hanson. Warrants were out for Hanson’s arrest for possession of a controlled drug and identity theft.
