(Bismarck, ND) — Law enforcement officers took turns carrying the Special Olympics torch to Bismarck. The torch made its way through North Dakota last week before making its final stop in Bismarck. Organizers say that strong winds kept it from being lit through the run. The Law Enforcement Torch Run helped raise money for the event, which started Saturday at Fargo North High School.
