(Bismarck, ND) — Gov. Kelly Armstrong is appointing Phil Davis as the interim executive director of Job Service. Davis will take over when Pat Bertagnolli retires on June 12th. Davis is the current workforce service director. He has been working for Job Service ND since 2007, starting as a liaison before moving to customer service area manager and eventually becoming the workforce service director in 2019. The Job Service department has a biennial budget of 79-point-one-million dollars.
