(Pierre, SD) — The victims in the Centerville triple homicide have been named. They are 26-year-old Paul Frankus, 21-year-old Zachary Frankus and 35-year-old Timothy Richmond, according to the South Dakota Attorney General’s Office. Former Centerville mayor Jay Ostrem is accused of last month’s deadly shooting. The 64-year-old has been indicted on nine felony counts, including first- and second-degree murder. Ostrem is being held in the Minnehaha County Jail on a one-million-dollar cash bond. His next court appearance is set for June 20th. The South Dakota DCI continues to lead the investigation.
