(Martin, ND) — A Martin man charged with felony burglary and attempted murder has pleaded guilty. Last November, Scott Flood allegedly entered a woman’s home and strangled her until she was unconscious. The victim identified Flood as her attacker, and he was arrested. A sentencing date hasn’t been set yet, and Flood could face up to 20 years in prison on the attempted murder charge.
