(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota ranks number one in canola production in the U.S., and farmers across the state expect a good crop this season. Twenty-percent of North Dakota’s canola crop has already been harvested, and the rest should be harvested shortly. The Northern Canola Growers Association is reporting above-average yields so far, and expects a record harvest of two-point-one-million acres of canola this year.
