(Mandan, ND) — Police are charging a Mandan man with sex crimes involving minors. Marcus Lausch was arrested for allegedly uploading at least one video with abusive material to his Discord account. Authorities were tipped off by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about the 21-year-old’s activity. Lausch was charged with promoting a sexual performance by a minor and possessing child sex abuse materials.
