(Watford, ND) — Watford City oilfield employees won’t be paid for recent labor. Canary, LLC, sent a letter to employees claiming the company was facing financial challenges and didn’t have the means to fulfill upcoming payroll obligations. The owner says the company is working on immediately rectifying the situation after sending the notice on May 2nd. Canary, LLC, has locations in half a dozen states, including North Dakota.
