(Undated) — Blowing dust is prompting air quality warnings in northwestern Minnesota. Strong winds were expected to kick up enough dust to make the air unhealthy for anyone outside. Moorhead, East Grand Forks, and Roseau were all under red, or unhealthy for all, air quality warnings until 9:00 p.m. tonight. Small particles carried by strong winds could threaten vulnerable groups like babies, children, pregnant people, and those spending long hours outdoors. The sky could turn hazy or dirty, limiting visibility.
