(Sioux Falls, SD) — The Sioux Falls VA Health Care System is receiving money to update its facilities. The program is receiving more than a billion dollars to upgrade elevators, electrical systems, boiler plants and other infrastructure systems. The Sioux Falls Health Care System is already working on projects to update its electronic health record infrastructure, kitchen and cafe. The executive director of the program says the money will go a long way in providing high-quality care for local veterans.
