(Mandan, ND) — A Morton County man facing burglary and arson charges is now facing attempted murder and more. Prosecutors accuse Correy Davis of shooting at police during a standoff at a home in Morton County in February. No officers were injured but Davis is being charged with attempted aggravated assault and reckless endangerment against a peace officer. Davis pleaded not guilty on March 30th to seven initial charges related to the standoff. Police were originally called to the scene for a report Davis was violating a restraining order involving the people living in the house.
