(Sioux Falls, SD) — South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds says the U.S. should stand with Israel in its time of need. In comments to KELO about Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech to Congress Wednesday, Rounds said the Israeli prime minister tried to make it a bipartisan message and identified Iran as the main culprit standing behind a number of different terrorist organizations. When asked about the war in Gaza and the reported Palestinian death toll of more than 12-thousand women and children, Rounds pointed to Netanyahu’s pledge that Israel is trying to avoid killing civilians.
