(Burleigh County, ND) — Commissioners in Burleigh County are putting a moratorium on a ban of off-highway vehicles. The commission voted four-to-one on Monday night to put the OHV ban on county ditches on hold. They did approve a seasonal ban on riding the vehicles in ditches from December 1st through May 15th. People who violate the ordinance will be fined 750 dollars. The topic is expected to be on the agenda for the next meeting scheduled for May 6th.
