Sioux Falls Airport To Receive $5M For Expansion

(Sioux Falls, SD) — The Sioux Falls Regional Airport is set to receive five-million dollars in federal funds. The money will go to supporting construction and upgrades as part of its 120-million-dollar multi-phase expansion plan. The airport’s Executive Director Dan Letellier says the project is receving funding from several sources. This round of money is being provided through the federal Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, announced by Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy on Saturday. The money is specifically going to repairs on the airport’s concourse to modernize restrooms and a mother’s room.
