(Devils Lake, ND) — A man who’s accused of crashing a stolen car into police vehicles during a pursuit in Ramsey County faces multiple charges. It began Sunday afternoon, when an officer driving on Highway 57 spotted a car that was reported stolen in Fort Totten. The driver sped away from the officer at over 100 miles-per-hour before the chase ended in Devils Lake, when the suspect collided with two law enforcement vehicles. The driver was arrested and identified as Skylar Chopper, and he faces numerous charges, including fleeing a police officer and reckless endangerment.
