(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man is facing charges for breaking into apartments and assaulting multiple people. Police say Philo Agard was arrested around 4:30 a.m. on Saturday after police responded to reports of a break in at an apartment building on Second Street. When officers arrived, they found a man with blood on his face and found Agard in the midst of an assault on a screaming woman. Agard is being charged with attempted murder, burglary, terrorizing and simple assault and he could face 20 years in prison if convicted. His next appearance in court is scheduled for June 1st.
