Bismarck Apartment Managers Want to Hear From Tenants Displaced by This Week’s Fire

(Bismarck, ND) — Managers of an apartment complex in Bismarck that caught fire on Monday are asking residents to contact them. Building inspectors are expected to arrive today to determine whether they need a structural engineer and whether it’s safe for residents to enter to retrieve what’s left of their belongings. The Alberta Heights complex is severely damaged. The windows are boarded up, and the property is fenced off. The fire destroyed more than a dozen units, and heavy smoke and water ruined dozens more. More than 100 people have been displaced, and the complex management is asking them to reach out to them at metroplains.com.
