(Hebron, ND) — Hebron students took part in the Aging in Community program, helping seniors clean their yards. About 20 volunteers helped out seniors by doing yardwork for elderly citizens throughout the community. One volunteer said it helps the older people of the community feel better about their living conditions and prevents trash from building up outside their homes. Organizers with the program say the idea is not just about keeping up appearances, but to connect neighbors and help people look out for each other.
