North Dakota District Court Judge Nominated To Court Of Appeals

(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota District Court Judge Daniel Traynor has been nominated to the U.S. Court of Appeals. President Trump nominated Traynor to replace Circuit Judge Ralph Erickson who announced his intention to retire last month. Traynor’s nomination has to be confirmed by the U.S. Senate. The decision was praised by Senators John Hoeven and Kevin Cramer who called Traynor, “well-qualified with a proven track record.” The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, which he is nominated for, includes the states of North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri and Arkansas.
