Evacuation Issued At Rapid City Central High School

(Rapid City, SD) — Rapid City Central High School was evacuated Thursday after a bomb threat was called in. Officials said a caller threatened to “blow up Central High School” around 2:30 p.m. Rapid City Police say numerous law enforcement units responded to the school to help organize the evacuation. Police have not said if the threat was deemed credible or not. The incident is under investigation.
