(Bismarck, ND) — Ian Campbell is pleading not guilty to charges stemming from a fire at the Ramada Inn last month. Police say they found Campbell running around the Bismarck hotel with a knife and he refused commands by police while he was being arrested. He is facing charges of terrorizing, preventing arrest, and negligent acts resulting in fire. Campbell allegedly told police he was trying to light a meth pipe with a candle, which started a fire that got out of hand. The hotel was closed for several weeks for repair but has started taking reservations once again.
