(Minot, ND) — The U.S. Department of Education is awarding two million dollars to half a dozen colleges statewide to support students. Federal officials recently announced that the funding will enhance access to its student support services program. The initiative helps students complete their basic college requirements and encourages them to obtain a degree. North Dakota State, UND, Minot State, and Turtle Mountain College are among the recipients.
