(Bismarck, ND) — As passenger traffic continues rising at the Bismarck Airport, terminal expansion is becoming a necessity. Senator John Hoeven provided an update on funding for terminal improvements on Wednesday. An expansion project is expected to cost 132-million-dollars. Hoeven is working to secure 50-million from the federal government’s House appropriations. The planned improvements include two new gates, upgraded TSA technology, a sensory room, a mother’s room and service animal relief area.
