(Williston, ND) — Officials are saying a house fire sent six people to the hospital for smoke inhalation. The fire started around 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at a home on the 1600 block of Sand Creek Drive. It was extinguished about an hour later. Three people were transported to the hospital by EMS and three others drove themselves to CHI St. Alexius. The fire department says the blaze was started by an electronic device being charged next to a bed.
