(Bismarck, ND) — Gas prices across the state are up about 44-cents per gallon from last week. GasBuddy.com says the average is now $3.01. That’s 49 cents higher than a month ago. Its survey of 403 North Dakota gas stations showed the cheapest gas at $2.74, while the most expensive was $3.79. The national average price is $3.45 – up 51 cents in the past week.
A triple-A spokesperson says the ripple effects of the U.S.-Iran conflict are now being felt at the pumps. Industry analysts say the longer the conflict lasts the more difficult it may be for oil prices to settle back down to more normal levels.
