(Minot, ND) — The eighth annual State of the City Address in Minot is set. Mayor Mark Jantzer plans to deliver the address at City Hall on April 6th at 4:00 p.m. The event is free and open to the public and it will be live streamed on the city’s social media platforms. Minot is also asking for nominations for its Good Neighbor Award before March 22nd. Submissions can be made at the Minot city website.
