(Stanley, ND) — Two men are facing multiple child exploitation charges after being arrested in Stanley. Lidio Santiz Julian and Hugo Lopez Diaz were arrested after officials searched Santiz Julian’s residence on February 6th. The investigation revealed Lopez Diaz’s alleged involvement and he was arrested four days later. Santiz Julian is facing charges of receipt and possession of child pornography while Lopez Diaz is charged with attempted production, transportation and possession of child pornography. Both men, who were identified as Mexican nationals, have been indicted by a federal grand jury.
