(Minot, ND) — One of the two accused of stealing thousands from an archery club is pleading not guilty. Dallas Rice is also requesting a jury trial and waiving his initial appearance, which is set for April 7th. The information was revealed in a filing submitted by his attorney on Friday. His wife Nichole has a different attorney but did not have a similar filing. The judge in the case has recused himself but no reason for the recusal has been given.
