(Williston, ND) — Williston Police Officer Momcilo Babic is resigning amid sexual harassment allegations. Babic was previously suspended and demoted for alleged sexual comments to a fellow officer. Williston police supervisors say they were notified on Tuesday that he will be resigning. Babic is also running for Williams County Sheriff. He said on his campaign page that by resigning he will be able to full commit his time and focus on his campaign.
