(Minot, ND) – A man who was previously charged with sex crimes is facing more jail time. KX News reports a North Dakota BCI agent says he received a cyber tip about inappropriate content involving children that was linked to a Google account associated with Peyton Nielsen. The agent got a search warrant for Nielsen’s home and his cell phone. When questioned, Nielsen admitted to viewing and downloading child sexual abuse material. He is now charged with a ‘B’ felony count of possession of certain prohibited materials.
