(North Sioux City, SD) — Parts of a railroad bridge are sitting in the swollen Big Sioux River. North Sioux City Police say the bridge collapsed Sunday night around 11 p.m. According to Union County Emergency Management, some of the bridges trusses collapsed, causing a portion of the bridge to fall into the river. No injuries have been reported.
