(Horace, ND) — A Fargo man is facing charges for a shooting in a middle school parking lot. Police say Garmonyou Dougar Wiles of Fargo shot a coworker in the hand in a parking lot at Heritage Middle School on Monday. The two men were coworkers at a construction site on the campus. Heritage Middle School Horace Elementary and Horace High School were all placed on lockdown as police investigated the incident. Resource officers were placed inside all the schools and after-school activities continued as planned after the lockdowns were lifted.
