(Sioux Falls, SD) — License plate readers are being credited for tracking down three stolen vehicles. Four people on parole were also arrested following the investigation. The first stolen vehicle was found on Saturday when a reader tracked a vehicle traveling northbound on Minnesota Avenue near 41st Street. The two other vehicles were located on Monday and Wednesday. The four people arrested were identified as 32-year-old Monique Randell, 38-year-old Shawn Jackson, 32-year-old Cheyanne Bordeaux and 18-year-old Nolan Huapapi.
