(Sioux Falls, SD) — A Sioux Falls man is facing charges after he allegedly kidnapped and sexually assaulted a teenage girl he met online. Twenty-year-old Shabani Ngwefu was arrested Wednesday night after police received a call from the girl’s father. He had told police his 15-year-old daughter texted him that she had been kidnapped. Police found the vehicle with both the suspect and the girl inside. Ngwefu’s behind bars, while the girl was returned safely to her family.
