(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota Tourism is releasing new materials to encourage visitors to stay longer. A new state travel guide shows the International Peace Garden on its cover. State Tourism Director Sara Otte Coleman tells Prairie Public the guide should make it easier for tourists to plan getaways in the state. She said the state saw a notable reduction in Canadian visitors this year. She hopes the new promotional campaign will turn things around.
