(Bismarck, ND) — Advocacy groups are hosting the second People’s Session event this week in Bismarck. It’s designed to get people more active and engaged with the government. The first event was held in May last year and originated out of a dissatisfaction with the 2025 legislative session. The second session is set to be held all day from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Heritage Center on April 25th. Around 50-to-60 people attended the event last year and organizers are planning to hold additional meetings before or during the 2027 legislative session, if they determine there is enough interest.
