(Bismarck, ND) — A nonpartisan event this weekend is aimed at helping North Dakotans get more involved in government. Organizers say Saturday’s People’s Session will give people a chance to share ideas and learn how to bring issues to lawmakers ahead of the 2027 legislative session. They say no policy experience is needed and people can also take part online. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the North Dakota Heritage Center in Bismarck.
