(Sioux Falls, SD) — A man is facing sentencing for sexual abuse charges. Emanual Semon was convicted of sexual abuse without consent and sexual abuse of a minor after a three-day jury trial in Sioux Falls. The 24-year-old could face life in prison. The trial centered around an incident on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in July of 2024. It’s believed Semon was found engaging in sexual activity with a juvenile female without consent before an adult entered the room and stopped the incident.
