(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Twins gave up 11 hits during a 9-5 loss to the Miami Marlins at Target Field. Byron Buxton hit two home runs in the losing effort, while Kody Clemens also went deep. Simeon Woods Richardson fell to 0-and-6 after allowing six earned runs and two unearned runs on seven hits in three innings. The Twins are tied for third place in the AL Central at 19-and-24. They send Zebby Matthews to the mound against Miami this afternoon.
