(Bismarck, ND) — Students from Bismarck State College played a role in the first Bismarck annual report in decades. The report looks at infrastructure, public safety, community engagement and long-range planning that is taking place in the city. It also dives into the city’s expected budget for next year with projected expenses set to exceed 350-million dollars. City Communication Strategist Kalen Ost says the city hopes the annual report can be produced every year and that it helps officials identify sincere gaps in city planning. The full report can be found on the city of Bismarck website.
