(Sioux Falls, SD) — A 19-year-old and a juvenile are facing reckless driving charges. The alleged crimes happened on March 20th around 9:00 p.m. when police received reports of two large trucks using train horns on Phillips Avenue. Officers used cameras, spoke to witnesses and even used a Reddit thread to help track down the vehicles and suspects. The 19-year-old, Kayden Kettwig is facing multiple driving-related charges including reckless driving, making unreasonable noise, disturbing the peace and exhibition driving.
