(Pierre, SD) — Attorney General Marty Jackley is joining a coalition to demand greater transparency in pharmacy pricing. He added his name to a letter along with 45 other Attorneys General in support of a law that requires pharmacy benefit managers to disclose revenue generating methods and allow employers to audit them. Jackley said in a release that the rule, “demands better transparency.” The letter was drafted by the National Association of Attorneys General, of which Jackley serves as president-elect.
