(Racine, WI) — A Pine Ridge woman is dead after a domestic violence attack in Wisconsin. Police in Racine responded to a report of a woman not breathing and found 37-year-old Joyce Lee Bongo had suffered multiple injuries. They determined her death was a domestic abuse-related homicide. Benjamin Chipps from Wanblee was arrested and charged with first-degree intentional homicide.
