(Watertown, SD) — Police say a 16-year-old is being charged for threats against Watertown High School. The teenager is being charged with making terroristic threats, making a false report to law enforcement and disturbance of a school. The teen is being charged with making a prank call last August. Police rushed to the school when it was made and placed the school in lockdown before determining the call was a fake report. Watertown Police say they are seeking restitution for the manpower spent during the response.
