Aberdeen Central High Threatened in Swatting Call

(Aberdeen, SD) — Aberdeen Central High School is all clear after a swatting call on Wednesday morning. Police arrived at the high school after the Brown County Communications Center received a threatening phone call around 11:30 a.m. Brown County officials said the call appeared to come from a blocked phone number. An investigation was launched and the school returned to normal operations after the threat was deemed not credible. It was the second false threat call made toward the high school after the first on April 17th.
